Job Opportunity:  Women and Families Specialist Support Worker

Nottingham Central Women’s Aid (NCWA) is a registered charity dedicated to protecting women and children from domestic abuse. We are committed to ending violence against women and girls through safe accommodation, intervention programmes, and recovery support.

Hours: Full and part-time (16+) hours available the rota will include 2 Sundays per month.

Salary: £26, 729 FTE. Plus £21 per on-call session.

Location: Emergency accommodation in Nottingham City

Contract: Permanent (subject to future funding)

Role Overview

Join our dedicated Domestic Abuse Specialist Support Team, where you’ll provide trauma-informed, high-quality, proactive front-line support to women and children impacted by domestic abuse. You’ll work within both communal and dispersed accommodation settings and support our survivor recovery programmes.
