Welcome to Rose House

🌹 Exciting News: Welcome to Rose House

A New Chapter for Central Women’s Aid

Welcome to Rose house! We have exciting news and are thrilled to share that we have purchased a new property – soon to be transformed! Rose House, a refuge with three self-contained flats.

This new refuge will upgrade our accommodation offer by giving women and children greater privacy and flexibility, while also increasing our overall capacity to provide safety for those fleeing domestic abuse.

Why Rose House Matters

Every woman and child deserves a safe space where they can begin to rebuild their lives. By creating self-contained accommodation within Rose House, we can:

  • Provide more independence for families.

  • Support women with a range of needs, including those with disabilities.

  • Give more people a safe and stable place to thrive.

  • Create a stepping stone to long-term housing and recovery.

From Safe House to Home

We’ve launched our Safe House to Home Campaign to raise vital funds to furnish Rose House.
Each flat needs:

  • Essential items like beds, wardrobes and kitchen equipment.

  • Homely touches that make a real difference — bedding, lamps and more.

With your support, Rose House will not only be safe, but truly feel like home.

How You Can Help

  • Donate: Every contribution helps us turn empty rooms into welcoming spaces.

  • Fundraise: Organise a fundraiser at work, school, or with friends.

  • Spread the word: Share our campaign to help us reach more people.

Together, we can ensure Rose House becomes a place of Safety, Security, and Peace for women and children escaping abuse.
